Francisco Soler Caballero is the Managing Partner of the Garrigues Shanghai office. He holds a degree in law and a degree in economics from the University of Valencia and a degree in political sciences from the UNED. He completed his studies with a
master‚Äôs degree in EU law from the University of Sorbonne in Paris.
Francisco has lived and worked in China for over 5 years and has extensive knowledge of the legal, economic and social environment in this country. He has specialized in foreign investment in China, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial contracts, as well as in Chinese investments overseas. Francisco frequently participates as a speaker in seminars and conferences on foreign investment in China and collaborates with several governmental institutions on advising them about the Chinese legal framework. He has taught several university courses on China, including the International MBA Update organized by the Instituto de Empresa and
is currently the Vice-President of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in China.
