Wonder Women
Every marketer knows the stories of Lord Lever and Steve Jobs, has probably read AI Ries and Jack Trout, and seen the works of Bill Bernbach and John Hegarty. What’s interesting about these ‘Masters of Marketing’ is that they are all men. Katy Mousinho’s and Giles Lury’s Wonder Women tells the stories of some of the women who have had a tremendous influence on the marketing industry, like Brownie Wise, who transformed Tupperware and Mary Wells Lawrence, who founded advertising agency Wells, Rich, Greene.
There are also interviews with Edwina Dunn OBE – the co-founder of Dunnhumby and the data behind the Tesco Clubcard; Helle Muller Peterson – Senior Vice President, Arla Foods Denmark and previously the only female country CEO in Carlsberg, plus many more. Mousinho and Lury pull together their findings, not only to celebrate their success, but to provide insights for the future of marketing and the great marketers, women and men, to come.

I Was a Teenage Space Reporter
"That's one small step for (a) man, one giant leap for mankind," were the words spoken by Apollo 11 astronaut Neil Armstrong as he stepped off the footpad of the Lunar Module Eagle. This was the first and most famous manned mission to land on the Moon. As a 19-year-old college journalist, author David Chudwin covered the launch from Florida in July 1969. Chudwin was the only journalist with official NASA press credentials representing the college press and had extraordinary access to the astronauts, rocket scientists, launch pads, rockets, and control centers.
2019 will be the 50th anniversary of Apollo 11 -- a time to look back to celebrate that mission, and forward to our future in space. Divided into three parts, this book provides: the author's account of covering the first landing on the Moon in 1969; lessons learned from the Apollo program and their relevance to future space activities; and our future in space including new rockets, space stations, and trips back to the Moon and to Mars.

The Rise of Bacardi
In 1862, in the city of Santiago de Cuba, a family-owned business purchased a distillery, producing the first bottle of what would become known as BACARDÍ rum. In the years that followed, Bacardi expanded to become a globally recognized household name, renowned for its premium quality white rum.
The Rise of Bacardi tells the story of the Bacardi company, from its origins in the mid-19th century to its expansion in the early 20th to its international acclaim as the world's leading manufacturer of spirits today. This is the story of a company, but it is also the story of a family who has faced political and societal upheaval, from the Spanish American War to American Prohibition and the Cuban Revolution, and has continued to go from strength to strength over the last 150 years. As a member of the Bacardí family and former employee of the company, Jorge Del Rosal provides a unique insider's point of view in parallel to his own story as the company expanded in the latter half of the 20th century to today.
