Target

Target presents a unique approach to business and life, taking inspiration from the wisdom of the ancient Japanese martial art of archery - Kyudo. Kyudo has a particular teaching: Right shooting always results in a hit . This means that you shouldn t worry about simply hitting the target; instead, you should calmly focus your energy and willpower on proper mindset and form. In doing so, this right-minded shooting will naturally result in a hit. In the business world, we are all under the pressure of hitting sales targets, improving profit margins, increasing efficiency and maintaining relationships. The philosophy of Kyudo gives new perspectives and solutions to the struggles and opportunities that anyone may encounter in their business and career. Target stands as a relevant guide to our modern times. The Kyudo aphorisms have been passed from Japanese masters directly to the author, and have been put into practice for professional and personal situations.

Positive Male Mind

Mental health problems affect both men and women, in fact, every one in four of us. However, it has been widely accepted for some time that men are much less likely to seek help from a doctor or mental health specialist, as they traditionally expect themselves to be competitive and successful, tough and self-reliant and can find it difficult to admit that they are feeling fragile and vulnerable. This book aims to build on the current progressive movement by supporting men and those that care about them - be that a partner, friend, family member or colleague - by providing insight, advice, and tips on what can be done at a very practical level to make men's mental health much more positive. My 31 Practices

Do you want a life with a clear purpose? Do you want to be happy and less stressed? Do you want to be the best you can be? For most of us, Yes is an easy answer, but to do this is more of a challenge. This book provides a powerful and personal framework to help you find your own superhero and to be the best version of yourself.

It all starts with your core personal values, giving a foundation for the way you want to behave. Values are like a moral compass, guiding us when we face choice and uncertainty. When our behaviour is not aligned with our values, we feel stressed. But when our hearts, minds and bodies are aligned, then we find great personal power. Part workbook, part guidebook, My 31 Practices will help you to identify the right values for your life and then translate them into day-to-day behaviour. Author: Alan Williams & Steve Payne

The Financial Wellbeing Book

One of the biggest enemies of our general wellbeing is stress; and one of the biggest causes of stress is concern about money. This book provides a simple and practical guide to planning your daily and long-term finances by understanding your objectives and motivations. In doing so, it offers respite from the anxiety and stress caused by money problems. The author, an experienced financial adviser, argues that the key to financial wellbeing is to “know thyself” in order to allow decisions to be made, and to ensure those decisions are the rights ones for you. This is underpinned by having control of your daily finances, the ability to cope with a financial shock, to be able to have options in life, to have identifiable goals and a clear path to achieve them, and to ensure clarity and security for those we leave behind.
