Wake up 10 minutes earlier
Take your routine slow and ease yourself into the week by starting as you mean to go on with a relaxed mindset.
Make someone’s day
Random acts of kindness go a long way. Whether it is offering to make someone a tea or collecting their printing, the little things help. Not only do they make you feel better, but they also are likely to be returned to you – win, win.

Walk as much as possible
Make a resolution to walk part or the whole of your journey to work if possible. It is a great way to clear your head, get some fresh air and wake you up ready for the start of a new week at work.
Plan, but not too much
Studies have shown that 40% of your working week is taken up by unplanned events and projects. So leave your schedule open to these unplanned tasks and you won’t be kicking yourself at the end of the week for not completing everything. It also makes your Monday more relaxed when you only have half a to-do list compared to normal!
