“How do you feel about working here?” On Tuesday, December 5th, Revolution in a Heartbeat author Matt Stephens addressed this question and many more as he chatted with fellow employee engagement experts during a lively panel discussion titled “The Future of Employee Engagement” at WeWork in New York City’s Soho neighbourhood.
Joined by employee engagement and HR experts from Love146, Instinctif Engagement, Brighton Health Plan Solutions, and Employee Engagement Awards, Matt fielded questions concerning new and improved ways to replace antiquated workplace surveys, how to give more effective management feedback, and methods for addressing mental health stigmas in the workplace.
Notable guests from Google, Verizon, Thomson Reuters, Unilever, and Estée Lauder had a great time picking Matt’s brain on how to best use their employee’s insights to drive better business performance while networking over festive holiday food and drink. An engaging evening, indeed!
