Action for Happiness has set people a challenge under their slogan ‘Let’s Take Action for a Happier World’. 120933 people have signed up to the movement across 174 countries, with The Dalai Lama as the face.
Their Self-Care September Calendar has daily suggested actions to do throughout September 2018. These are to help you be kinder and more compassionate to yourself.
