Originally from South Wales and a self-proclaimed non-academic, Kevin Mark-Watts spent more than three decades in South East England, where he accrued a wealth of knowledge in roles ranging from Retail Operations to HR Director, and served as Commercial Director at Crystal Palace Football Club.

As a member of the Association of Business Mentors (ABM), Kevin volunteers on the organisation’s Help to Grow: Management scheme. He also oversees his workshop programme and is a keynote speaker on the 10 Ten-Minute Rules.
