TO START UP OR NOT TO START UP?

21 questions every founder must face to build a successful startup
Categories: ,

Every year, millions of people dream of starting and growing a business. They consume podcasts, study success stories, and admire the founders who made it. Few ever stop to ask the one question that predicts almost everything else: are you ready for what comes next?

To Start Up or Not to Start Up is a practical framework for testing founder readiness across seven domains, mindset, opportunity, strategy, money, team, scaling, and context. It is built around 21 questions every founder eventually confronts, whether they’re chasing the next unicorn, building a durable, profitable business without chasing hypergrowth, or somewhere in between.

Drawing on more than two decades of entrepreneurial, executive, and advisory experience across 30 countries, Pantelis Velentzas replaces startup mythology with real cases and hard-won lessons that show why the founders who last are rarely the most gifted but the ones who were truly ready.

Whether you’re preparing to launch, working through the pressures of growth, or deciding whether to start again, this book will help you face the hard questions early, before momentum makes them harder to answer.
