LID ACQUIRES NEW BOOK BY LEADING THINKER AND PRACTITIONER IN WORKPLACE STRATEGY

LID Acquires New Book by Leading Thinker and Practitioner in Workplace Strategy

Sam Sahni

LID announces the signing of a new and timely book on how today’s companies can transform into hubs of productivity and fulfilment.

Destination 2.0 by Sam Sahni offers a blueprint to transform workplaces into productive, inspiring environments perfectly suited to today’s hybrid work reality. The book draws from authoritative research, real-world insights and practical case studies, and provides actionable solutions and clear implementation strategies to improve business performance and employee well-being.

Sam Sahni is a workplace strategy consultant and founder of Work Transformers. He served as Head of Strategy at Unispace, and prior to that, was Head of Consulting at Morgan Lovell.

Sahni says: “Leaders in workplaces today are being pulled in every direction – hybrid pressures, shifting employee expectations, ESG demands, rising costs and uncertain markets. Yet there’s no clear framework for workplaces to help them make sense of it all or prioritize what truly matters. That gap inspired me to write this book at the back of all the experience of working with global organisations. Destination 2.0 offers a practical, human and research-led approach to delivering a workplace – cutting through the noise with clarity, real-life stories and tools that are timeless. It’s for anyone who is serious about building a workplace that works for their people, business, and the planet.

Destination 2.0 is Sahni’s first book and is scheduled for publication in Spring 2026 as one of LID’s highlight titles for the season.

Alec Egan, Associate Publisher of LID Business Media, comments: “We are really excited to be working with Sam Sahni on his first book and believe that it will inform and empower with practical tools executives, workplace strategists, architects, HR professionals and others who are committed to making hybrid working a success.”
