Ivan Yong Wei Kit is an author, engineer, organizational psychologist, coach and researcher who possesses a rare blend of technical expertise and business acumen that uniquely positions him to demystify AI for business professionals in an AI-driven world.
An engineering graduate from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and a MSc in Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London, Ivan is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Nottingham with a research focus on AI and coaching.
His debut book, Department of Startup: Why Every Fortune 500 Should Have One, can be found in six of the top 10 global universities (QS World University Rankings, 2026). His last book, The Pharaoh’s Pitch: Unearthing Ancient Egyptian Wisdom for Sales Success, was longlisted for the UK Business Book Award 2025.
