His pioneering work on safety culture at Three Mile Island after the 1979 nuclear accident shaped the principles still used today to build high-performance, resilient organizations.

He has written five business books on leadership, culture and strategy execution, as well as numerous articles and conference speeches. He strongly believes that corporate culture is the foundation for a strong and sustainable business, both today and into the future.
