Culture 4.0
Culture 4.0: The Future of Corporate Culture is the first systematic framework for building organizations that can thrive in a post-pandemic, Al-driven, socially connected and economically uncertain world.
The old HR-centric model of culture ended with the rise of remote work.
Today’s leaders face a far more complex ecosystem, where internal values collide with external forces: cyber threats, generational workforce shifts, artificial intelligence, social media transparency and political instability.
Navigating this new reality demands more than platitudes; it requires bold strategy and actionable tools. This book delivers both.
Through a revolutionary multidimensional ecosystem framework, Culture 4.0 transforms corporate culture from an HR initiative into a strategic business advantage that positively impacts employees, customers and market val-ue. It provides solutions for C-suite executives seeking sustainable culture transformation strategies, board directors requiring governance frameworks for culture oversight and HR leaders needing tools to elevate their strategic influence.
