Dr. Herb Nold is a Professor of Business Administration at Polk State College in Winter Haven/Lakeland, Florida. Herb earned a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix, College of Doctoral Studies, holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in education from Northern Illinois University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to entering academia, he logged more than 30 years of leadership experience as an educator and business leader, ranging from teacher and coach to manufacturing engineer and CFO in various industries. Guido Bosbach is an organizational consultant, thought leader and pioneer for future-oriented companies.
